Shipping policy
Delivery of digital licences
Every product on Litsenzi.bg is digital and is delivered by e-mail only. There is no physical delivery and no courier or shipping charges apply.
Delivery time
- Usual time: within 15 minutes of the payment being confirmed.
- Maximum time: within 24 hours of a successful payment — for example with a bank transfer, or where the order requires an additional check.
The e-mails you receive
- Confirmation that the order has been accepted.
- An e-mail with the licence key and activation instructions.
- An invoice for the payment.
If one of these is missing, please also check your Spam and Promotions folders.
Licence not received?
Write to info@litsenzi.bg, quoting your order number. We reply within 1 working day and either resend the key or refund the amount.
