2. General provisions

2.1 Definitions:

  • Seller: Team Tasking LTD, trading as Litsenzi.bg, offering the sale of software licences, including pre-owned licences.
  • Buyer: any natural or legal person purchasing products from Litsenzi.bg.
  • Products: pre-owned software licences delivered electronically, together with the accompanying documentation.

2.2 Scope:
These Terms form an integral part of the contract of sale and apply to every transaction made through Litsenzi.bg.

2.3 Applicable law:

  • European Union law, including Regulation/Directive (EU) 2019/770 on digital content.
  • Directive 2009/24/EC on the legal protection of computer programs, which permits the resale of software licences in the EU.
  • United Kingdom law, where applicable.

3. Products and limitations

3.1 Description of the products:
The licences offered on the site are pre-owned licences acquired from third parties and transferable under applicable European law. Products are delivered electronically, with no physical medium.

3.2 Authenticity and conformity:
The Seller warrants that every licence is genuine and conforms to the manufacturer's specifications.

3.3 Limitations:

  • Products may only be used in accordance with the manufacturer's terms.
  • A licence may not be used on several devices at the same time unless the manufacturer expressly permits it.

4. Ordering procedure

4.1 Placing an order:
The Buyer may place an order by creating an account or by e-mail, providing all the required details.

4.2 Confirmation:
The contract is concluded when the Seller sends confirmation of the order by e-mail.

4.3 Additional requirements:
For legal persons the Seller may request additional documentation.

5. Prices and payment

5.1 Prices:
All prices include VAT. Any additional charges are shown before the order is completed.

5.2 Payment methods:

  • Bank transfer.
  • Online payment systems.

6. Returns and refunds

6.1 Legal exceptions:
Under European law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16), digital products delivered electronically cannot be returned where:

  • Supply began with the Buyer's prior consent.
  • The Buyer was informed that they lose the right of withdrawal.

6.2 Guarantee in case of technical problems:

  • A defective product will be replaced.
  • If replacement is not possible, the amount is refunded within 14 days of the claim being accepted, using the same payment method.

7. Guarantee

7.1 Duration of the statutory guarantee of conformity:
24 months (2 years) from the date of delivery for consumers, under Bulgarian law implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770. This period cannot be shortened by contract.

7.2 Conditions:

  • The licence has been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
  • All documents have been supplied (invoice, proof of purchase).

8. Protection of personal data

8.1 Applicable rules:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
  • European rules on digital content and consumer rights.

8.2 Purpose of processing:

  • Performance of the contract.
  • Sending documents and invoices.

9. Jurisdiction and dispute resolution

9.0 Alternative dispute resolution (ADR):
If a dispute is not resolved directly with us, the consumer may complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (KZP) — 4A Slaveykov Square, Sofia 1000, tel. 0700 111 22, kzp.bg — and refer the dispute to the conciliation commissions attached to the KZP.

9.1 Consumers:
Disputes are settled by the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.

9.2 Legal persons:
Disputes are governed by the law of the United Kingdom and settled by the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Limitation of liability

10.1 The Seller is not liable for:

  • Improper use by the Buyer.
  • Financial loss arising from incompatibility with the Buyer's system.

10.2 The guarantee does not apply where the product has been used in breach of the manufacturer's instructions.

11. Final provisions

11.1 Changes to these Terms:
These Terms may be updated. Changes are published on Litsenzi.bg.

11.2 Severability:
If any clause is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.

These Terms are publicly available on Litsenzi.bg and are updated from time to time.

Please note: if the product has been used, activated or associated with a manufacturer account and problems arise through the customer's own fault, the product cannot be replaced or returned.
